Julia-roberts
Julia Fiona Roberts, born October 28, 1967 at Atlanta to Betty Lou Bredemus & Walter Grady Roberts. Her family is the fourth Roberts family that resided in Atlanta. It began with her great grandfather John Pendleton Roberts who was a farm. At an early age his father became obsessed by theatre. While a student of Emory University in 1952 he was a part of productions at Emory University and elsewhere in Atlanta. While stationed at Biloxi in Mississippi, he received his induction into the Air Force in the year 1953. Betty Lou Bredemus was in that production as well. In 1955, the couple married and their child Eric Anthony was born. Walter and his wife left the military in the year 1957 and enrolled Walter in Tulane University. Walter became a member of Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio when the family moved from Atlanta to Decatur in Georgia in the year 1960. In 1964, Walter and Betty Lou began production on a local children's Saturday morning TV show known as Bum Bum and His Buddies that they funded their own. The Actors and Writers Workshop was created in the year 1964 and ran for six years. In 1965, they welcomed two new children: Lelisa Billingsley and Julia Billingsley.
